Airport Shuttle Service
Airport Express offers shuttle service to and from O'Hare and Midway airports. Shuttle counters are located at both airports in the baggage claim areas. Return service is available from McCormick Place Convention Center, November 27-30. Make your reservation online to receive a $4.00 discount on your roundtrip reservation. If you call and make a reservation (1-888-284-3826) or buy your ticket at the airport, you will receive a $2.00 discount using the coupon included in your registration wallet. The coupon must be presented at the time of purchase.
Hotel Shuttle Bus Service
RSNA provides complimentary shuttle bus transportation between hotels in the RSNA block and the McCormick Place Convention Center. Be sure to check signage in the hotel lobby and at McCormick Place Convention Center for exact pick-up and drop off locations.

Metra Train Schedule
Ride the Metra Electric for free using the Metra ticket located in your registration wallet. Trains run from downtown Chicago stations (Millennium Station and Van Buren Street) to the McCormick Place Convention Center Station in just 7 minutes. Stations are located within walking distance to many hotels. The ticket must be shown to the conductor when requested.

Use public transportation or taxicabs to get from O'Hare or Midway airport and around Chicago.
Remote Airport Check-in at McCormick Place Convention Center
Check your baggage and secure your boarding pass for your flight home. BAGS, a remote skycap service, will operate Wednesday through Friday in the Coat/Baggage check areas in the McCormick Place Convention Center.
This service is currently available to check-in passengers who are flying out of O'Hare Airport on Alaska, American, Continental, Delta, JetBlue, Northwest, Ted and United Airlines on domestic flights only. The minimum window is 3 hours prior to departure time and up to 24 hours in advance.
There is a $10 per passenger service charge. Normal airline baggage constraints apply, up to two (2) bags, 50 pounds per bag weight limit. BAGS is monitored and approved by the airlines represented, the Federal Check your baggage and secure your boarding pass for your flight home.
